- ability to work standing for long periods
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to work in a fast-paced, hot, and noisy kitchen environment
- effective verbal communication skills
- ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle difficult situations
- willingness to obtain food handler certification if required by local laws
