We are seeking dedicated and friendly individuals to join our team as Kitchen Team Associates. This entry-level position is perfect for those who are new to the food service industry, as comprehensive training is provided. Your responsibilities will include greeting guests warmly, serving food promptly, handling payments, adhering to operational standards, and maintaining a clean and safe workspace.

You will collaborate with your fellow team members to meet daily goals in a fun and supportive environment where new skills and challenges are part of everyday work life. The work environment is dynamic, requiring the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high accuracy and quality standards. Physical requirements for the role include standing for extended periods, working in a fast-paced, hot kitchen environment, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Attention to safety procedures and cleanliness is paramount to ensure that all food served meets Panda's quality and freshness standards.

At Panda Restaurant Group, we believe in the potential of every team member and support career advancement opportunities within the company. You will have the chance to gain valuable skills that can benefit you throughout your career, whether you choose to stay with Panda or pursue other opportunities. Additionally, the company is an equal opportunity employer committed to inclusive hiring practices and compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). We encourage qualified individuals from all backgrounds to apply and strive to provide necessary accommodations throughout the hiring process.

If you are a friendly, hardworking individual looking to join a team that values respect, community service, and career growth, then Panda Restaurant Group’s Kitchen Team Associate role is an excellent fit.
