Job Description

Our establishment is a professional dining venue dedicated to providing exceptional culinary experiences through high-quality food preparation and service. We are looking for a Line Cook to join our kitchen team. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient and accurate preparation of hot food products. The Line Cook will be responsible for cooking, portioning, and final preparation of menu items, including plating and garnishing to ensure every dish meets our quality and presentation standards. This position demands culinary skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The role offers an opportunity to develop cooking techniques, learn kitchen operations, and collaborate with other kitchen staff. The position is typically full-time and may include shifts during evenings, weekends, and holidays depending on our operating hours. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 1 year of kitchen or culinary experience
  • ability to stand for extended periods

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a line cook or similar kitchen role

Job Duties

  • Accurately cook hot food products
  • prepare and portion food products prior to cooking
  • perform final plate preparation including plating and garnishing
  • prepare appropriate garnishes for all items

  • follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • assist in inventory management
