Job Requirements
- Previous kitchen experience in a fast paced restaurant setting
- experience as a pizza maker is a plus
- possess a service-oriented mindset with desire to deliver high quality food
- clear and effective communication skills
- basic understanding or ability to learn sanitation and safety regulations
- basic understanding or ability to learn food handling and cooking procedures
- previous experience in hospitality and service industry is a plus
- ability to stay organized and prioritize work tasks
- possess and maintain all certifications including Food Handler Card and LEAD Training
- weekend, evening, and holiday availability is required

Job Duties
- Bake pizzas and prepare related ingredients such as dough and fresh sauce
- prepare batches of food cooked to order or kept warm including appetizers and sides
- operate large-volume cooking equipment like griddles, grills, and deep fryers
- cook and prepare food according to order instructions and verify quality and quantity
- multitask by cooking several orders simultaneously ensuring customer specifications
- wash and sanitize dishes and utensils
- monitor food inventory, clean cooking stations, sterilize equipment, and replace supplies
- maintain sanitation, health, cleanliness, and safety standards
- perform additional cleaning tasks as assigned
