- food handler certification if required by local laws, acquired at employee expense
- ability to stand for up to four hours
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment

- ability to maintain cleanliness standards

- ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage difficult situations

Job Duties

- Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment, performing tasks at various positions such as front counter, drive-through, or kitchen
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily operational goals in a positive and fun atmosphere
- Use kitchen equipment safely and accurately, including Chinese cook knives and other tools
- Adapt to changing priorities and manage conflicts or difficult situations professionally
