Dog Haus is a renowned craft casual dining restaurant known for its gourmet hot dogs, sausages, burgers, and unique fried chicken offerings. At Dog Haus, every menu item is crafted with care featuring all-beef hot dogs and sausages with no added nitrates, 100% Black Angus beef burgers, and fried chicken creations made from hormone- and antibiotic-free meats. The Kitchen Team Member position at Dog Haus is crucial to delivering the brand’s promise of quality and speed in a fast-paced environment. Holding this role means becoming skilled in various back-of-house jobs, including grill, assembly, fry, and prep stations. Kitchen Team Members are responsible for preparing ingredients and menu items strictly following Dog Haus’s standard recipes and procedures, ensuring consistency and excellence in every dish served. The role also demands maintaining a clean and well-organized workstation, which includes keeping food prep areas, tools, and equipment sanitary and in good working order. Team members must work efficiently without compromising quality, pace, or positive attitude, even during the busiest service hours. The position requires strict adherence to safety and sanitation guidelines in compliance with OSHA and HACCP standards, underscoring the company’s commitment to food safety and responsible kitchen management.

Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- ability to stand for extended periods and lift/carry up to 40 lbs
- flexible schedule with availability to fill in as needed

- passionate about cooking and reliable
- willingness to learn and adapt in a team-oriented atmosphere
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience as a prep cook or line cook preferred but not required
- food handler certification or willingness to obtain
- excellent multitasking and time-management skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends
Job Duties
- prepare ingredients and menu items according to Dog Haus standard recipes and procedures
- maintain a clean and organized workstation, including food prep areas, equipment, and utensils
