Job Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- stand for up to four hours
- reach across countertops measured at 36 inches
- work in hot, noisy kitchen environment
- handle kitchen equipment including Chinese cook knife safely and accurately
- have effective verbal communication skills
- adapt to dynamic work environment with changing priorities
- manage conflicts and difficult situations
- comply with local food handler certification requirements if applicable
Job Qualifications
- Friendly and helpful team member
- operations experience is a plus
- some high school education
- food handler certification may be required depending on local regulations and must be acquired at own expense
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional dining experience to guests including greeting guests
- serve food and handle payments at cash register
- maintain cleanliness and appearance of the store
- follow operations standards and safety procedures to serve fresh and quality food
- work efficiently in fast paced kitchen environment and at different positions including front counter, drive through, or kitchen
- collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily goals in a fun and positive environment
