We are currently seeking energetic and friendly team players to join us as Kitchen Team Associates. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic kitchen environment where every day brings new challenges and opportunities for growth. The Kitchen Team Associate position focuses on preparing delicious, quality food while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and operational safety. Associates also have the exciting chance to work across multiple areas, including front counter, drive-through, and kitchen stations, offering a well-rounded experience in food service operations.
As a Kitchen Team Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests by greeting them warmly, serving food, handling payments, and ensuring a clean and welcoming store environment. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in team settings where collaboration and positivity are key to meeting daily goals. Experience is not required as comprehensive, hands-on training is provided to prepare you for success. For those interested in career advancement, Panda offers ongoing leadership development and opportunities for growth into management positions.
In addition to a supportive work environment, the position comes with a variety of benefits aimed at rewarding hard work and dedication. These include flexible work schedules, competitive pay, free meals during shifts, and a robust benefits package for eligible full-time associates, which includes medical, vision, dental, and various voluntary insurance options. Associates are also part of a 401K retirement plan with company match, have access to Health Care and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, and can benefit from paid vacation, sick leave, and other leave programs.
The physical demands of the job require standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in a hot, sometimes noisy environment. Associates must be able to handle fast-paced work while maintaining accuracy and effective communication skills. Those with a food handler certification or some prior operations experience may find their skills particularly aligned with the role, but all candidates with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
