Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent
- ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- excellent verbal communication skills
- ability to stand for extended periods
- capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
- adaptability to dynamic environments with changing priorities
- willingness to work collaboratively in a team
- compliance with local food handler certification requirements as applicable
Job Qualifications
- Friendly and helpful team members
- some operations experience is a plus
- some high school education
- food handler certification may be required depending on local requirements and must be acquired at own expense
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional dining experience to guests by greeting them, serving food, and handling payments at the cash register
- maintain cleanliness and appearance of the store
- follow operations standards and safety procedures to serve fresh and quality food
- work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment and be flexible to work at different positions including front counter, drive-through, or kitchen
- collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily goals in a positive and fun environment
