Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage conflicts
- Willingness to work various shifts including front counter drive through or kitchen positions
- Must meet eligibility requirements for benefits if employed
Job Qualifications
- Friendly and helpful team member
- Operations experience is a plus
- Some high school education
- Food handler certification may be required depending on local requirements acquired at your expense
Job Duties
- Provides exceptional dining experience to guests by greeting guests serving food and handling payments at cash register
- Maintains the cleanliness and appearance of the store
- Follows operations standards and safety procedure to serve fresh and quality food
- Works efficiently in fast paced kitchen environment and may work at different positions including front counter drive through or kitchen
- Works effectively with team members to meet daily goals in a fun positive environment
