We are currently hiring passionate and friendly Kitchen Team Associates who will play a vital role in providing guests with delicious food and a high level of cleanliness and service at Panda locations. This full-time position comes with a competitive pay range of $22 to $25 per hour, with exact compensation determined by factors such as location and experience. As a Kitchen Team Associate, your responsibilities include greeting guests, serving food, handling cash register transactions, maintaining store cleanliness, and following safety and operational standards to serve fresh, quality food. This role often requires working efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment and may involve rotating through different positions such as front counter, drive-through, or kitchen stations. The work environment is physically active and sometimes demanding; employees are expected to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and operate kitchen equipment safely and accurately. Effective communication skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic setting are essential.
