Committed to cultivating the personal and professional growth of its team members, Panda strives to inspire individuals to better their lives within an organization built on respect, inclusiveness, and shared success.
Joining Panda as a Kitchen Team Associate offers a unique opportunity to become part of this vibrant and fast-paced hospitality environment. As a Kitchen Team Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and food quality that Panda is known for. Whether greeting guests, preparing freshly cooked dishes, or serving customers, associates contribute to an exceptional dining experience through friendliness, efficiency, and teamwork. The company actively fosters diversity and equal opportunity, promoting a workplace free from discrimination with various accommodations for applicants and employees with disabilities. The Kitchen Team Associate role is more than just a job; it is an entry point into a career path offering growth opportunities, leadership development, and potential advancement into management roles. This role comes with competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, vision, and dental coverage for full-time associates, retirement plans, paid leave, and various employee discounts and bonuses.
