Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage conflicts
- Must be able to work safely around kitchen equipment
- Food handler certification may be required depending on local laws and must be obtained by the employee

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional dining experience to guests by greeting them, serving food, and handling payments at the cash register
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the store
- Follow operations standards and safety procedures to ensure fresh and quality food
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment and serve at different positions such as front counter, drive-thru, or kitchen
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily goals in a positive environment
