Job Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage conflicts
  • Must be able to work safely around kitchen equipment
  • Food handler certification may be required depending on local laws and must be obtained by the employee

Job Duties

  • Provide exceptional dining experience to guests by greeting them, serving food, and handling payments at the cash register
  • Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the store
  • Follow operations standards and safety procedures to ensure fresh and quality food
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment and serve at different positions such as front counter, drive-thru, or kitchen
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily goals in a positive environment
