The Kitchen Team Associate is responsible for providing guests with an exceptional dining experience by greeting them warmly, serving food efficiently, and handling payments accurately. They must uphold Panda’s operational standards and safety procedures to ensure the quality and freshness of the food served. The work environment is dynamic and team-oriented, allowing associates to engage in a positive atmosphere where meeting daily goals is both a challenge and a team achievement. The role requires standing for long periods, working with kitchen equipment, and adhering to safety protocols, including lifting up to 50 pounds and adapting to a fast-paced setting.
