Job Requirements
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Stand for up to four hours
- Reach across countertops at 36 inches to serve customers
- Able to prepare hot and cold foods and use kitchen tools including Chinese cook knives
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to dynamic work environments with changing priorities
- Ability to manage conflicts and difficult situations
- Completion of some high school
- Food handler certification if required by local regulations

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional dining experience to guests by greeting them, serving food, and handling payments at the cash register
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the store
- Follow operations standards and safety procedures to serve fresh and quality food
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Operate at different positions including front counter, drive-through, or kitchen as needed
- Work effectively with team members to meet daily goals in a positive and fun environment
