Job Requirements
- Some high school education
- Ability to stand for up to four hours
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in hot, noisy, and restricted spaces
- Food Handler certification may be required depending on local laws, to be obtained at employee expense
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage conflicts
- Must comply with safety and operational standards
Job Qualifications
- Friendly and helpful with strong teamwork skills
- Some experience in operations or food service is a plus
- Completion of some high school education
- Ability to obtain Food Handler certification if required by local regulations
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Ability to manage conflicts and difficult situations professionally
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional dining experience to guests by greeting them, serving food, and handling payments at the cash register
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the store
- Follow operations standards and safety procedures to serve fresh and quality food
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment and rotate among front counter, drive-through, or kitchen positions
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily goals in a fun, positive environment
- Participate in Panda Cares community service initiatives
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
