Job Requirements

  • Some high school education
  • Ability to stand for up to four hours
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work in hot, noisy, and restricted spaces
  • Food Handler certification may be required depending on local laws, to be obtained at employee expense
  • Effective verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage conflicts
  • Must comply with safety and operational standards

Job Qualifications

  • Friendly and helpful with strong teamwork skills
  • Some experience in operations or food service is a plus
  • Completion of some high school education
  • Ability to obtain Food Handler certification if required by local regulations
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
  • Ability to manage conflicts and difficult situations professionally

Job Duties

  • Provide exceptional dining experience to guests by greeting them, serving food, and handling payments at the cash register
  • Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the store
  • Follow operations standards and safety procedures to serve fresh and quality food
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment and rotate among front counter, drive-through, or kitchen positions
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily goals in a fun, positive environment
  • Participate in Panda Cares community service initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
