We are currently seeking enthusiastic and friendly individuals to join our team as Kitchen Team Associates. This role is ideal for team players who are eager to cook delicious food while upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and safety for our guests. No prior experience is necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided to help you build essential skills needed for success. The role requires working efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting, with flexibility to take on various positions including front counter, drive-through, or kitchen. Job Requirements

  • Some high school education
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Effective verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage conflicts
  • Willingness to acquire Food Handler certification if required

Job Qualifications

  • Friendly and helpful team members
  • Operations experience is a plus
  • Some high school education
  • Food Handler certification may be required depending on local regulations, to be acquired at your expense

Job Duties

  • Provide exceptional dining experience to guests by greeting them, serving food, and handling payments at the cash register

  • Follow operations standards and safety procedures to serve fresh and quality food
