Panda Restaurant Group prides itself on creating an environment where employees feel inspired to improve their lives both professionally and personally. The company is committed to community involvement through initiatives such as Panda Cares, which allows team members to give back to the communities they serve.

Panda is currently seeking Kitchen Team Associates to join their dynamic team. This role offers a unique blend of fast-paced kitchen work and guest interaction where team members prepare delicious food while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. As a Kitchen Team Associate, you will play an essential part in creating a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for guests by greeting them, serving food, and processing payments when necessary. You will have the opportunity to work in various positions within the restaurant, including the front counter, drive-through, and kitchen, allowing you to develop a broad skill set within the hospitality industry.

This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with others in a friendly, team-oriented atmosphere and are eager to learn and grow their skills. No prior experience is necessary, as comprehensive training is provided to ensure your success. Panda values employees' growth and offers ongoing career and leadership development opportunities, with pathways to management roles. Flexible scheduling helps accommodate different lifestyles, and the role provides competitive pay ranging from $22 to $25 per hour depending on location and experience.

Working at Panda means more than just a job. The company emphasizes safety, efficiency, and quality in the kitchen, adhering to strict operational and safety standards. Associates must be able to stand for long periods and handle kitchen equipment such as Chinese cook knives. This position requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a sometimes noisy and hot environment. Effective communication skills and adaptability to changing priorities are essential to thrive in this fast-paced setting.

Panda Restaurant Group is an equal opportunity employer that values diversity and inclusion. The company complies with all federal, state, and local laws regarding workplace accommodations, ensuring that all individuals, including those with disabilities, have access to employment opportunities and support throughout the application process.
