Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Effective verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities
  • Capable of managing conflicts and difficult situations calmly and professionally
  • Commitment to following safety and hygiene standards at all times

Job Qualifications

  • Friendly and helpful team members
  • Operations experience is a plus
  • Some high school education
  • Food handler certification may be required depending on local regulations and must be acquired at your expense

Job Duties

  • Provide exceptional dining experience to guests by greeting them, serving food, and handling payments at the cash register
  • Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the store consistently
  • Follow operations standards and safety procedures to serve fresh and quality food
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Operate in multiple positions such as front counter, drive-through, or kitchen as needed
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily goals in a positive and fun environment
