Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities
- Capable of managing conflicts and difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Commitment to following safety and hygiene standards at all times
Job Qualifications
- Friendly and helpful team members
- Operations experience is a plus
- Some high school education
- Food handler certification may be required depending on local regulations and must be acquired at your expense
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional dining experience to guests by greeting them, serving food, and handling payments at the cash register
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the store consistently
- Follow operations standards and safety procedures to serve fresh and quality food
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Operate in multiple positions such as front counter, drive-through, or kitchen as needed
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily goals in a positive and fun environment
