Job Requirements
- Must have friendly and helpful attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environment
- Standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Ability to reach across counters measured at 36 inches
- Ability to prepare hot and cold foods and use kitchen equipment including Chinese cook knife
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to dynamic environments with changing priorities
- Ability to manage conflicts and difficult situations
- Food Handler certification if required by local regulations
Job Qualifications
- Friendly and helpful team member
- Some operations experience is a plus
- Some high school education
- Food Handler certification may be required depending on local requirements and must be acquired at own expense
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional dining experience to guests including greeting guests, serving food, and handling payments at the cash register
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the store
- Follow operations standards and safety procedures to serve fresh and quality food
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment and possibly at different positions including front counter, drive through, or kitchen
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily goals in a fun and positive environment
