Job Requirements

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand for up to four hours during a shift
  • Must have effective verbal communication skills
  • Capability to adapt to a dynamic environment with changing priorities
  • Ability to manage conflicts and difficult situations
  • Must be able to prepare hot and cold foods using kitchen equipment including Chinese cook knives
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced, hot, and noisy kitchen environment with restricted workspace

Job Qualifications

  • Friendly and helpful team member
  • Some operations experience is a plus
  • Completed some high school education
  • Food handler certification may be required depending on local regulations and must be obtained at personal expense

Job Duties

  • Provide exceptional dining experience to guests including greeting guests, serving food, and handling payments at the cash register
  • Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the store
  • Follow operations standards and safety procedures to serve fresh and quality food
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment and perform duties at various positions such as front counter, drive through, or kitchen
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily goals in a positive and fun work environment
