Job Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand for up to four hours during a shift
- Must have effective verbal communication skills
- Capability to adapt to a dynamic environment with changing priorities
- Ability to manage conflicts and difficult situations
- Must be able to prepare hot and cold foods using kitchen equipment including Chinese cook knives
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, hot, and noisy kitchen environment with restricted workspace
Job Qualifications
- Friendly and helpful team member
- Some operations experience is a plus
- Completed some high school education
- Food handler certification may be required depending on local regulations and must be obtained at personal expense
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional dining experience to guests including greeting guests, serving food, and handling payments at the cash register
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the store
- Follow operations standards and safety procedures to serve fresh and quality food
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment and perform duties at various positions such as front counter, drive through, or kitchen
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily goals in a positive and fun work environment
