Job Requirements

  • Must be able to perform physically demanding work including lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand for up to four hours during shifts
  • Capability to reach across countertops measuring 36 inches
  • Must work quickly and accurately in a hot and noisy kitchen environment
  • Effective verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt in a dynamic environment with changing priorities
  • Willingness and ability to manage conflicts and difficult situations

Job Qualifications

  • Friendly and helpful team member
  • Experience in operations is a plus
  • Completion of some high school education
  • Food Handler certification may be required based on local regulations, to be obtained at the employee's expense

Job Duties

  • Provide an exceptional dining experience to guests by greeting them, serving food, and handling payments at the cash register
  • Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the store
  • Follow operations standards and safety procedures to serve fresh and quality food
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment and be flexible to work at different positions such as front counter, drive-through, or kitchen
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily goals in a fun, positive environment
