Job Requirements
- Must be able to perform physically demanding work including lifting up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand for up to four hours during shifts
- Capability to reach across countertops measuring 36 inches
- Must work quickly and accurately in a hot and noisy kitchen environment
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt in a dynamic environment with changing priorities
- Willingness and ability to manage conflicts and difficult situations
Job Qualifications
- Friendly and helpful team member
- Experience in operations is a plus
- Completion of some high school education
- Food Handler certification may be required based on local regulations, to be obtained at the employee's expense
Job Duties
- Provide an exceptional dining experience to guests by greeting them, serving food, and handling payments at the cash register
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the store
- Follow operations standards and safety procedures to serve fresh and quality food
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment and be flexible to work at different positions such as front counter, drive-through, or kitchen
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily goals in a fun, positive environment
