Job Requirements
- Some high school education
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Willingness to learn and follow food safety procedures
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Adaptability to changing priorities and conflict management in a team setting
Job Qualifications
- Friendly and helpful team member
- Some high school education
- Operations experience is a plus
- Food handler certification may be required depending on local requirements and must be acquired at employee's expense
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional dining experience to guests by greeting guests, serving food and handling payments at cash register
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the store
- Follow operations standards and safety procedures to serve fresh and quality food
- Work efficiently in fast-paced kitchen environment and rotate between front counter, drive-through and kitchen positions
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily goals in a fun and positive environment
