Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Good verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Must be able to work in hot, noisy kitchen conditions
- Available to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Must comply with safety and cleanliness standards
- Must meet eligibility requirements for benefits
Job Qualifications
- Friendly and helpful team player
- Some operations experience is a plus
- Completed some high school education
- Ability to obtain food handler certification if required by local regulations
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional dining experience to guests including greeting guests and serving food at the cash register
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the store
- Follow operations standards and safety procedures to serve fresh and quality food
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment and rotate between front counter, drive through, or kitchen positions
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily goals in a positive environment
