The company takes immense pride in delivering exceptional Asian dining experiences while fostering an environment where its team members are inspired to better their lives. With a strong commitment to family values, community involvement, and employee development, Panda Restaurant Group continues to lead the industry by emphasizing quality, teamwork, and community impact through initiatives such as Panda Cares.

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and friendly individuals to join our team as Kitchen Team Associates. This position offers a unique opportunity to be part of a vibrant and supportive workplace where teamwork and growth are highly encouraged. As a Kitchen Team Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our guests receive delicious food and outstanding service while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and operational excellence.

This role involves working in a fast-paced kitchen environment where you will perform various tasks such as greeting guests, serving food, handling payments, and maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the store. You may be asked to work at different stations including the front counter, drive-through, or kitchen, which requires flexibility and a cooperative spirit. We believe in providing hands-on paid training to equip you with the skills necessary for success, even if you have no prior experience. Our approach is designed to help you not just fill a position but to build a career with opportunities for ongoing growth and leadership development.

The Kitchen Team Associate position is more than just a job; it is a chance to join a company that values its employees and community. Associates have the chance to engage in meaningful community service through the Panda Cares initiative, contributing positively to the world around them. We provide a safe and inclusive work environment that complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), offering reasonable accommodations throughout the hiring process and employment.

At Panda, we understand the importance of work-life balance and offer flexible schedules along with competitive pay ranging from $17 to $20 per hour, dependent on factors such as location and experience. Full-time associates may qualify for a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, vision, dental, short-term disability insurance, 401K with company match, paid time off, and associate discounts amongst other perks. Moreover, the supportive atmosphere fosters friendships and a positive workplace culture where everyone can thrive.

If you are someone who enjoys working in a dynamic, team-oriented environment and is eager to develop new skills, Panda Restaurant Group offers a rewarding career path with numerous opportunities for advancement. Our commitment to employee growth, community involvement, and delivering quality dining experiences makes us a distinguished employer in the foodservice industry. Join us and become part of a team where you are wanted, respected, and empowered to succeed.
