Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in environments with heat, steam, and noise
- Must be able to use kitchen equipment such as Chinese cook knives safely
- Must comply with local food handler certification if applicable, obtained at the employee's expense
- Must possess good verbal communication skills and teamwork abilities
- Must be able to manage conflicts and difficult situations professionally
Job Qualifications
- Friendly and helpful team members
- Operations experience is a plus
- Some high school education
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with effective communication skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities
- Basic food safety knowledge or willingness to obtain Food Handler certification if required
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional dining experience to guests by greeting, serving food, and handling payments at the cash register
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the store
- Follow operations standards and safety procedures to serve fresh and quality food
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment and rotate between front counter, drive-thru, and kitchen positions
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily goals in a positive work environment
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies
- Participate in ongoing training and development activities to improve skills and career growth
