Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand for up to four hours
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, noisy, and hot kitchen environment
  • Effective verbal communication skills
  • Ability to use kitchen tools such as Chinese cook knife safely
  • Ability to manage conflicts and adapt to dynamic work conditions
  • Food Handler certification may be required depending on local laws, acquired at own expense

Job Duties

  • Provide exceptional dining experience to guests by greeting, serving food, and handling payments at cash register
  • Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the store
  • Follow operations standards and safety procedures to serve fresh and quality food
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment and rotate between front counter, drive-thru, and kitchen positions
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily goals in a positive environment
  • Prepare hot and cold foods using kitchen equipment safely and accurately
  • Communicate effectively and manage conflicts in a dynamic work setting
