Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Capability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Food Handler certification may be required depending on local regulations, to be acquired at employee's expense
- Must be able to work in a hot and noisy kitchen environment
- Strong teamwork and conflict management skills

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional dining experience to guests by greeting them, serving food, and handling payments at the cash register
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the store
- Follow operational standards and safety procedures to serve fresh and quality food
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Rotate between different positions including front counter, drive-through, and kitchen
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily goals
- Ensure compliance with food handling and safety regulations
