Job Requirements
- Some high school education
- Food handler certification may be required depending on local requirements and acquired at your own expense
- Ability to stand for up to four hours
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to changing work priorities
- Ability to manage conflicts and difficult situations
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced and hot kitchen environment

- Operations experience is a plus

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional dining experience to guests by greeting them, serving food and handling payments at the cash register
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the store
- Follow operations standards and safety procedures to serve fresh and quality food
- Work efficiently in fast-paced kitchen environment and adapt to different positions such as front counter, drive through or kitchen
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily goals in a positive and fun environment
- Adhere to workplace safety standards including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for long periods
- Communicate effectively and manage conflicts or difficult situations professionally
