With nearly 2,800 locations worldwide, Panda Restaurant Group continues to deliver exceptional Asian dining experiences while upholding strong family values and commitment to community engagement. The company’s mission is centered on inspiring team members to improve their lives while making a positive impact on the communities they serve. As an organization, Panda prides itself on fostering a safe, supportive, and inclusive workplace where team members are valued, grow professionally, and thrive together.

We are currently seeking enthusiastic, friendly, and dedicated individuals to join us as Kitchen Team Associates. This role offers a dynamic and fast-paced work environment, perfect for those who enjoy teamwork, continuous learning, and working with a purpose. Whether you're an experienced professional or new to the food service industry, Panda offers comprehensive training to ensure your success. The Kitchen Team Associate plays a critical role in delivering a high-quality guest dining experience by preparing delicious food and maintaining impeccable cleanliness and safety standards. You will have the opportunity to work in various sections including the front counter, drive-through, and kitchen to gain diverse operational experience. This position is ideal for individuals seeking flexible schedules, competitive pay, and opportunities for career advancement within a nationally recognized company.

As part of the role, you will actively participate in ensuring guest satisfaction through friendly interactions, efficient service, and adherence to company procedures. Working closely with your team members, you will help meet daily goals in a fun and positive atmosphere that encourages teamwork and mutual support. Panda also champions giving back to the community through its Panda Cares initiative, where employees can contribute to meaningful causes beyond the workplace. This is more than just a job—it's a chance to build lasting friendships, develop skills, and be part of a family-oriented culture that puts people first.

In this position, you must be prepared to work in a physically demanding environment where standing for prolonged periods and lifting up to 50 pounds are required. Attention to safety, cleanliness, and operational standards is paramount. Your ability to adapt to changing priorities and to communicate effectively will help you succeed in this role.
