Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years old
  • ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • strong work ethic and reliability
  • ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently
  • willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
  • ability to stand and move for extended periods (8-10 hours)
  • ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • comfortable working in a hot, wet, and physically demanding kitchen environment
  • ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks
  • flexible schedule required, including early mornings, evenings, weekends
  • ability to arrive on time and work scheduled shifts consistently

Job Qualifications

  • previous experience in a kitchen, dishwashing, or food service environment
  • basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
  • experience working in high-volume or fast-paced environments
  • takes pride in cleanliness and organization

Job Duties

  • wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and equipment
  • maintain cleanliness of dish area at all times
  • follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
  • receive deliveries and check for accuracy
  • store food and supplies properly using FIFO
  • label and organize incoming products
  • assist cooks by supplying tools, ingredients, and equipment
  • keep prep stations stocked and organized
  • remove trash, boxes, and debris promptly
  • maintain clean floors, surfaces, and work areas
  • reset and organize kitchen stations throughout shift
  • assist with opening and closing cleaning duties
