Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

- willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
- ability to stand and move for extended periods (8-10 hours)
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- comfortable working in a hot, wet, and physically demanding kitchen environment
- ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks
- flexible schedule required, including early mornings, evenings, weekends
- ability to arrive on time and work scheduled shifts consistently
Job Qualifications
- previous experience in a kitchen, dishwashing, or food service environment
- basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
- experience working in high-volume or fast-paced environments

Job Duties
- wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and equipment
- maintain cleanliness of dish area at all times
- follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
- receive deliveries and check for accuracy
- store food and supplies properly using FIFO
- label and organize incoming products
- assist cooks by supplying tools, ingredients, and equipment
- keep prep stations stocked and organized
- remove trash, boxes, and debris promptly
- maintain clean floors, surfaces, and work areas
- reset and organize kitchen stations throughout shift
- assist with opening and closing cleaning duties
