Employees enjoy a supportive environment that promotes internal mobility and growth, including opportunities to work at other Delaware North locations nationwide. This role is ideally suited for individuals with at least two years of line cook experience, including supervisory experience, who are attentive, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills to lead effectively in a dynamic kitchen environment.

Life at the Grand Canyon is filled with unique perks that enhance work-life balance, such as access to low-cost housing with utilities included, free laundry facilities, and a community recreation center offering gym access and organized monthly outings. Residents can explore activities like camping, hiking, river rafting, stargazing, and visiting local museums, enriching both personal and professional life. The company offers a supportive work schedule featuring evening and weekend shifts, with opportunities for overtime, holiday work, and 8-hour workdays, catering to a variety of lifestyle needs.

Delaware North prides itself on being an equal opportunity employer, embracing diversity and inclusion across all aspects of its operations. They provide health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan with company match, paid vacation, parental leave, tuition or certification reimbursement, weekly pay, and generous employee discounts on food and retail.
