Delaware North is currently seeking a full-time or part-time Kitchen Supervisor to join their dedicated team at Lambeau Field. Job Requirements

  • High school education is desired
  • Minimum of six months to one-year previous experience in back-of-the-house foodservice position preferred
  • Familiarity and experience with knife handling preferred
  • Exhibit working knowledge of scheduling
  • Ability to lift and carry pans weighing up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to handle or operate dangerous kitchen equipment
  • Ability to stand and walk for entire shift
  • Ability to perform manual food preparation tasks such as chopping, mixing, blending, and whipping
  • Ability to move rapidly and coordinate multiple orders
  • Ability to reach, twist, bend and squat as needed
  • Ability to push and pull equipment and cleaning tools occasionally

Job Qualifications

  • High school education is desired
  • Participation or enrollment in culinary program preferred
  • Minimum of six months to one year previous experience in back-of-the-house foodservice position preferred
  • Familiarity and experience with knife handling preferred
  • Exhibit working knowledge of scheduling
  • No college degree required

Job Duties

  • Aid in the supervision and observation of performance for the dishwashers and porters under the direction of the Sous Chef
  • Ensure food items and kitchen utensils are prepared according to Delaware North standards of quality, consistency and timeliness
  • Maintain and enforce sanitation procedures and organization of work area
  • Place clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in storage area
  • Utilize and sanitize kitchen equipment for the preparation of food items such as knives, slicers, whisks, pots, pans, warmers, steamers, grills, ovens, etc.
  • Ensure proper food temperatures are maintained and food is stored correctly
  • Perform opening, closing and side work duties as instructed and according to proper guidelines
