Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in kitchen supervision or culinary roles preferred
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Supervise food preparation including overseeing meal production across all kitchen areas during assigned shifts ensuring quality and consistency
- Assist with culinary tasks such as preparing proteins supporting kitchen staff and executing daily specials and happy hour food items
- Maintain kitchen standards including cleanliness sanitation and organization of kitchen workspaces in compliance with regulations
- Monitor food quality by visually inspecting ingredients dishes and presentations to ensure high quality and consistency standards
- Support team operations by preparing team member schedules with guidance from the Chef/Sous Chef and acting as a liaison between kitchen staff and leadership addressing issues and assisting in daily operational oversight
- Uphold regulatory standards maintaining compliance with health safety sanitation and alcohol awareness regulations ensuring highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing
