Job Requirements

  • minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of relevant kitchen supervisory or management experience
  • strong knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation protocols
  • ability to supervise and lead kitchen staff effectively
  • effective communication and customer service skills
  • ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities under pressure
  • valid ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain it
  • valid eTips certification or willingness to obtain it

Job Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in kitchen leadership or management
  • wide knowledge of food safety, culinary products, and techniques
  • exceptional customer service skills
  • strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • excellent time management skills
  • flexible availability
  • active ServSafe and eTips certifications or willingness to obtain them

Job Duties

  • supervise kitchen staff during event execution
  • ensure adherence to event details and timelines
  • uphold brand standards in food preparation and presentation
  • enforce food handling safety and sanitation protocols
  • manage menu preparation and recipe execution
  • control plating aesthetics and portion sizes
  • monitor and minimize food waste
  • interface with clients during events
  • perform opening and closing kitchen responsibilities
