Job Requirements
- minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years of relevant kitchen supervisory or management experience
- strong knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation protocols
- ability to supervise and lead kitchen staff effectively
- effective communication and customer service skills
- ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities under pressure
- valid ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain it
- valid eTips certification or willingness to obtain it
Job Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in kitchen leadership or management
- wide knowledge of food safety, culinary products, and techniques
- exceptional customer service skills
- strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Job Duties

- ensure adherence to event details and timelines

- control plating aesthetics and portion sizes
- monitor and minimize food waste
- interface with clients during events
