Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Proven experience in kitchen management or as lead cook
  • Knowledge of kitchen sanitation and safety regulations
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage conflicts and problem solve
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
  • Previous experience supervising kitchen staff

Job Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as a kitchen manager or lead cook
  • Knowledge of a wide range of recipes and standard kitchen procedures
  • Familiarity with kitchen sanitation and safety regulations
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Conflict management abilities and critical thinker
  • Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced work environment
  • Flexibility to work during evenings and weekends
  • High school diploma/GED a plus but not required
  • Previous experience as lead cook or supervisor

Job Duties

  • Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate food orders
  • Supervise food prep and cooking
  • Ensure correct plating and temperature of food
  • Train kitchen staff on prep work and food plating techniques
  • Store food products in compliance with safety practices
  • Maintain sanitation and safety standards in the kitchen area
