We are currently seeking a motivated Kitchen Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This role offers a paid hourly wage ranging between $20 and $23, reflecting the importance we place on recognizing and rewarding competence and diligence. The Kitchen Supervisor will play a critical role in ensuring our kitchen operates efficiently and safely. They will oversee all kitchen operations including supervising kitchen staff, coordinating food orders, ensuring that food preparation and plating meet company standards, and maintaining strict health and safety regulations. This position requires a leader who can manage diverse teams in a fast-paced environment, provide training and mentorship, as well as manage conflict effectively within the workplace.
The ideal candidate will bring experience in kitchen management or as a lead cook, possessing substantial knowledge of standard kitchen procedures, recipe preparation, and food safety regulations. Organizational skills and critical thinking abilities are essential for success in this role. Given the nature of the hospitality industry, flexibility to work evenings and weekends is also necessary. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Proven experience in kitchen management or as lead cook
- Knowledge of kitchen sanitation and safety regulations
- Strong organizational and leadership skills

Job Duties
- Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate food orders
