The position of Kitchen Supervisor at White Lodging is a crucial leadership role within the culinary operations of their hotels and dining establishments. The anticipated start date for this role is August 11th, 2026. As a Kitchen Supervisor, you will be responsible for guiding the back-of-house team to maintain the highest culinary standards while ensuring consistency, quality, and operational excellence. You will play a vital role in leading, training, and mentoring kitchen staff, reinforcing the White Lodging Way (WLW) processes to foster a culture of teamwork and accountability. Your leadership will ensure smooth kitchen shift transitions, adherence to recipes and cooking procedures, and a safe, clean working environment.

This role requires a hands-on leader with strong communication and organizational skills, capable of motivating a diverse culinary team to achieve department financial goals, enhance guest satisfaction, and uphold the company’s rigorous standards for food preparation and hygiene. Physical demands include the ability to spend up to 10 hours on your feet and lift up to 35 pounds, reflecting the fast-paced and demanding nature of kitchen work.

  • support the achievement of department financial goals AES goals and guest satisfaction targets
  • maintain a safe clean and organized kitchen environment
