This role is for a Kitchen Supervisor who will play a critical part in maintaining the smooth and efficient operations of Topgolf's kitchen. The position involves supervising and leading kitchen staff, including cooks, prep chefs, and dishwashers, to ensure food preparation meets high-quality standards while adhering strictly to food safety guidelines. The Kitchen Supervisor will oversee recipe adherence, portion control, and inventory management, ensuring the kitchen is equipped with the necessary supplies and ingredients at all times. This role also includes training staff in food handling, cooking techniques, and safety procedures to uphold the group’s standards. Working closely with front-of-house personnel, the Kitchen Supervisor will coordinate effective and timely food service to guests.
