This full-time, evening shift role is ideal for someone with a deep passion for Mexican cuisine and a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and quality control in a fast-paced, busy kitchen environment. The Kitchen Supervisor will play a key leadership role, guiding kitchen staff, overseeing inventory and ordering processes, and ensuring consistent preparation of authentic Mexican dishes. This position requires strong organizational skills, bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while fostering a collaborative team atmosphere.
