The role of Kitchen Supervisor at SodexoMagic, located at the American Airlines Flagship Lounge in Philadelphia (PHL), offers full-time employment with a competitive pay rate of $25 per hour. This position requires working any shift with open availability, making it suitable for candidates who seek flexible scheduling. As a Kitchen Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily food service operations, coordinating activities of service employees across various food service formats such as fast casual, coffee and counter service, cafeterias, events, banquets, casual dining, and cafes. Your responsibilities will include supporting management in overseeing key functions and employees, ensuring a healthy and safe working environment, facilitating employee onboarding and training, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction through quality service and problem resolution.

This position demands a multitasking individual who is team-oriented, adaptable, and reliable. You will be instrumental in creating a positive workplace atmosphere and upholding safety protocols. The role also involves attending scheduled shifts punctually and fulfilling other duties as required by different client accounts. Job Duties

  • Provide support to management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees
  • assist in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees
  • facilitate orientation and training of employees
  • work with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution
  • attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
  • perform other duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
