Job Duties
- assist the dietary director with managing the department
- prepare meals for residents in accordance with adopted menus and safe practices
- cook 2-3 days per week
- supervise kitchen staff to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- maintain inventory and order kitchen supplies as needed
- monitor food quality and portion sizes
- ensure cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen areas
