Motek is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Kitchen Supervisor to join its dynamic team.   • Minimum of two years in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Knowledgeable on food safety guidelines
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
  • Bilingual is a plus
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Duties

  • Act as liaison between FOH and kitchen during service
  • Ensure all food is plated correctly and presentation is up to standards
  • Ensure ticket accuracy before leaving the kitchen
  • Monitor pacing of food and alert managers of any tickets running behind
  • Manage the order of dishes to ensure smooth service at table
