Job Duties

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure food is prepared and presented to standards
  • support food preparation, cooking, and plating during service as needed
  • maintain food quality, portion control, and presentation consistency
  • ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
  • assist in training, coaching, and supervising kitchen staff
  • support scheduling, task assignments, and team coordination
  • monitor inventory and assist with ordering and stock management
  • maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper food storage practices
  • step in as lead in the absence of senior kitchen leadership
  • other duties as assigned
