Job Duties
- Assigns daily tasks to kitchen staff
- manages work schedules

- coordinates kitchen workflow and organizes prep work
- ensures timely preparation and delivery of orders
- enforces adherence to health and safety regulations
- tracks inventory and orders supplies
- implements waste reduction strategies
- mentors new hires on kitchen techniques and safety standards
