Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Assigns daily tasks to kitchen staff
  • manages work schedules
  • supervises kitchen staff including cooks, prep personnel, and dishwashers
  • monitors food preparation, plating, and portion sizes to ensure quality standards
  • coordinates kitchen workflow and organizes prep work
  • ensures timely preparation and delivery of orders
  • enforces adherence to health and safety regulations
  • tracks inventory and orders supplies
  • implements waste reduction strategies
  • mentors new hires on kitchen techniques and safety standards
