Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Any combination of education, training or experience demonstrating ability to perform duties
- Previous supervisory experience is a plus
- Ability to work varied schedule including holidays and weekends
- Capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- Interview, select, train, schedule, coach and support associates
- Inspect daily use records with the Executive Chef or Sous Chef
- Pull all food needed for daily production from walk-in box and utilize all leftovers
- Maintain and supervise good housekeeping practices in all kitchen areas
- Inspect all work stations and ensure proper set-up for all meals
- Prepare daily production charts
- Attend associate meetings and offer solutions to problems
- Follow sustainability guidelines and practices
- Practice safe work habits and follow MSDS and OSHA standards
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
