The role at Aloft Providence Downtown focuses on a Food and Beverage culinary position, specifically a supervisory cook role that is integral to maintaining the quality and efficiency of the kitchen operations. As a full-time, non-management position, this job involves overseeing the activities of kitchen staff and ensuring that culinary standards and food safety protocols are consistently met. The supervisor will coordinate the preparation and presentation of food, emphasizing proper portion control, arrangement, and garnish to meet the expectations of guests and management alike. This position requires vigilance in monitoring inventory levels, kitchen logs, and the overall stock of food supplies to prevent shortages and maintain smooth kitchen functionality.

Job Duties
