Job Duties
- Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff and daily food preparation
- ensure meals are prepared and served according to residents’ dietary needs and scheduled meal times
- maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation
- monitor inventory and order food and supplies as needed
- train new staff, manage scheduling, and assist with performance evaluations
- work closely with the Dietary Manager and other departments to ensure quality service
