Job Duties

  • Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff and daily food preparation
  • ensure meals are prepared and served according to residents’ dietary needs and scheduled meal times
  • maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation
  • monitor inventory and order food and supplies as needed
  • train new staff, manage scheduling, and assist with performance evaluations
  • work closely with the Dietary Manager and other departments to ensure quality service
