Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year experience in kitchen operations
- Minimum 1 year supervisory experience
- Knowledge of food and beverage service operations preferred
- Certification in Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid
- Ability to obtain Food Manager Certification as required
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Lead the daily hustle in the kitchen, making sure every team member is on point and every task is done right
- Keep food and beverage operations running like clockwork
- Handle lost items with care, manage access to sensitive areas, and maintain health standards
- Ensure every surface, tool, and space is spotless and up to code, keeping the kitchen clean and compliant
- Support service by managing supplies and coordinating kitchen activities
