The full-time Kitchen Supervisor position at Lambeau Field offers an exciting opportunity to be part of this dynamic team. Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to lift and carry large pans weighing up to 50 lbs
  • Manual dexterity sufficient to chop, mix, blend, whip a variety of foods and liquids
  • Ability to handle or operate dangerous kitchen equipment
  • Ability to move rapidly and coordinate multiple orders
  • Standing and walking for the entire length of the shift, frequently reaching up to 6-7 feet, twisting at the waist, bending, and squatting
  • Pushing and pulling occasionally to move equipment, mops, and brooms

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 months - 1 year of previous experience in a back-of-the-house food-service position preferred
  • High school education desired
  • participation or enrollment in a culinary program preferred
  • Familiarity and experience with knife handling preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to supervise and motivate team members
  • Knowledge of sanitation and safety procedures

Job Duties

  • Aid in the supervision and observation of performance for the dishwashers and porters under the direction of the Sous Chef
  • Ensure food items and kitchen utensils are prepared according to Delaware North standards of quality, consistency, and timelines
  • Maintain and enforce sanitation procedures and organization of the work area
  • Utilize and sanitize kitchen equipment for the preparation of food items such as knives, slicers, whisks, pots, pans, warmers, steamers, grills, ovens
  • Ensure proper food temperatures are maintained and food is stored correctly
  • Perform opening, closing, and side work duties as instructed and according to proper guidelines
  • Ensure workstation and equipment are clean, organized, sanitized, and sufficiently stocked
  • Meet all health department standards for safe food handling and operate equipment safely, determined by position and OSHA regulations
