Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a stewarding or similar kitchen environment
- knowledge of sanitation and food safety regulations
- ability to stand and perform physical tasks for extended periods

Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in stewarding or kitchen sanitation roles
- leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- understanding of food safety and sanitation standards

- basic computer literacy for scheduling and reporting
- high school diploma or equivalent
Job Duties
- Supervise and support stewarding team members to ensure efficient cleaning, sanitation, and organization of kitchen and service areas
- monitor and maintain proper dishwashing operations, including water temperature, chemical levels, and equipment functionality
- ensure all kitchen tools, equipment, and dishware are cleaned, sanitized, and stored according to health and safety standards
- coordinate with culinary and banquet teams to support service needs, including transporting and stocking supplies and assisting with plate-ups
- maintain cleanliness of dish rooms, storage areas, loading docks, and waste disposal areas in compliance with sanitation standards
- enforce food safety, sanitation, and hazardous material handling procedures in accordance with company and regulatory guidelines
- train, coach, and motivate team members, ensuring adherence to company standards and continuous performance improvement
- assist management with scheduling, task delegation, and monitoring team performance to ensure operational efficiency
- conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, or sanitation issues and report accordingly
- promote a safe work environment by ensuring proper use of equipment, PPE, and adherence to safety protocols
