Job Duties
- Operate dishwashing machine ensuring correct water temperature and functioning soap and drying agents
- Maintain organization of dishware, smallwares, pots and pans in kitchen and storage areas
- Clean food production areas including walls, floors, and other necessary surfaces
- Remove garbage and recyclables from kitchen and deposit them in appropriate venue garbage and recycling areas
- Clean kitchen equipment ensuring proper disassembly and reassembly for cleaning
- Assist with setup and breakdown of banquets
- Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas
